GPost recognises the importance of safeguarding your personal information and we aim to protect the confidentiality of your personal information and the privacy of individuals by regulating the way personal information is processed by us. it will be collected and retained by GPost Registry America and GPost Registry Services Pty Ltd for the purpose of establishing and making available a registry of addresses and associated persons acquired from users of GPost services; and
licensed to GPost Corporation America and GPost Corporation Australia Pty Ltd in order for it to operate the "GPost" service. By using our Services you:
acknowledge that you are over 13 years of age; and
consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Policy.

A. Browser and Device Information
Like many other service providers, we may collect
technical information when you use our Services. This information is collected from your computer, mobile phone
or tablet device. and may include, (where available) your:

date and time of use
mobile contact list
geolocation
cookie data
length and pattern of use of the Services
operating system, model and type the browser being used

A. Geolocation Information
If you grant us access to geolocation information your mobile or
tablet device, you can turn off that access at any time by changing the settings on your mobile or tablet. To
request the deletion of your geolocation information from our system please contact us at help@gpostcorp.com.
B. Visibility of Account
Registered claimants will be visible to their connections on the
service by reference to their Username or user-defined Nickname.
C. Communications
For the purposes of allowing you to use the Services, the default
settings for your account are for area and broadcast emails applicable to your email and geolocation. You can
manage your notification preferences on your settings page, however some administrative emails cannot be turned
off whilst you still act as a claimant of an email address with GPost.
D. Moving
If you change address and indicate through your account settings that you have
moved, your profile will be updated to reflect your new address.
5. How we collect and hold your personal information
The way we usually collect information
from you includes:
collecting the email or physical address of any person who signs up with us to receive email communications from us
when you sign up as a claimant, register a physical address, sign up to receive our newsletter or other marketing materials
when you conduct business advertising with or through us
when you agree to participate in a market research initiative
when you provide your information to our staff
when you supply goods and/or services to us; and
when you visit or use our Services
We may also collect your personal information from a related entity, from a third party or a publicly available source where it is unreasonable or impractical to collect the information directly from you or if necessary to satisfy our legal obligations.

GPOST uses Cookies, which are files that a site or its service provider

implemented certain Google Analytics Advertising Features on the Website. These include Data Collection for
Google Analytics Search & Display Network Remarketing, Audience Demographics & Interests Reporting and Display
Network Impression Reporting.
These features may provide us with marketing insights into certain customer
attributes and preferences when using the internet and various digital platforms. GPOST websites store a unique
ID on your web client in order to identify you while using the website. As part of the Google Analytics Features
